This is a start-up Rochefort-du-Gard who developed the software. Cequoïa (that’s his name) is based on an algorithm developed by a study of 300,000 employees in over 150 companies.
This software probe personalities and determine what training, what job is most appropriate.
Twenty-five trainees AFPAA (Association for Vocational Training) Pontet, currently in training “in-store sales associates” have tested this software, life size … Most have was blown away.
