Master, why did you choose the Kleos software for managing your firm?
We worked for over 15 years with Clior which we were quite satisfied; but the software evolves more, we decided to turn to a SaaS solution, more modern and more flexible, while staying with the same operator Wolters Kluwer; So we naturally migrated Kleos.
What do you like most about the program?
We are equipped only since February, we so did not yet exploited all the possibilities of the software, but our assistants Kleos use daily and are satisfied.

What are for you the benefits of a SaaS software running?
The major advantage for me is being able to work remotely, at the weekend, at night, hearing … in fact anywhere at any time, just an Internet connection
We have suffered a burglary recently, and all our computers were stolen. if we had not been in SaaS mode, our data would have been lost.
But in this case, we only lost a half day of work!
Indeed, our IT provider lent us three computers right away, and our sales Kleos gave us within 15 minutes that followed our call, a link for us to recover our computer data.
We were very surprised to be able to work again as quickly! What could have been a disaster for the firm was an unpleasant episode but relatively short.
No security problem?
Our sales at Wolters Kluwer has completely reassured us: the host is in Germany and has all the necessary safety guarantees
If it again I would do this choice. SaaS is quite suitable my business.
