Computers, smartphones, tablets: the devices we use regularly and which we store many files (office documents, photos, videos, audio files). How to avoid losing them in case of problems (viruses, breakdown, hacking, theft, user error)? Acronis editor responds to this need with the cloud version of its True Image software. This backup program not only the content of PCs and Mac (this is already the case with the current version of 2015), but also the files of iOS and Android mobile devices (Windows Phone would be considered later).
To do this, the backup is performed more locally (on the computer or on an external hard drive), but online (in the cloud), particularly on Acronis servers, which already offers a range such for professionals. The publisher says there is no backup size limit on Cloud, as the use remains personal. Acronis offers three subscriptions is to protect up to three computers and mobile devices (about 100 euros / year) or for up to three computers and ten mobile devices (about 160 euros / year) or for up to five computers and fifteen mobile devices (about 200 euros / year).

For smartphones and tablets, only are saved photos, videos, contacts, calendar and various programmed alarms or reminders. Forget the idea to back up your music files, whether on iOS or Android. This is hardly better side backup SMS: it is only available on Android devices. The publisher is not in question is that Apple applies restrictions do not allow to do so.
