the software Eaglesoft, of Patterson Dental editor, is a popular system of dental patient management. On 6 February, the US CERT (VU # 344432) was notified that the tool allowed to get their hands on patient data. One simple reason, the FTP server Eaglesoft was simply “open bar” mode. The editor had forgotten to specify its own dentists customers to change the access password. A password that had not moved for years. I leave you smile (or not!) Against the force protection.
