The French start-up Melusyn just completed a first closing of EUR 580 000 from CapDecisif Management and Business Angels networks Women Business Angels, Paris Business Angels and Investessor. Created in 2013 by Octave-Bory Bert Alexander Peron, Hugo Cordier and Chloe Oternaud and commercially launched late 2014, Melusyn publishes Setkeeper Saas collaborative software. The web and mobile application facilitates the organization of an audiovisual film (film, television, advertising, web series …) by allowing different stakeholders to manage the schedule of preparation, trails, governance, artistic production, casting … The production of documents can be shared safely.
Melusyn customers, including France Télévisions for example, pay an annual subscription of about 10 000 for access to basic features and a package for every new project to benefit from more appropriate and advanced features.

the funds raised will allow the start-up, which currently employs nine staff, strengthen its teams and to deploy its solution in the European market. “We already have customers in Morocco, Belgium and Luxembourg, but we will now accelerate our growth in EMEA,” said Octave Bory-Bert. The start-up has recorded 10% of its sales abroad in 2015. “We want to pass the 50% mark in 2016,” the founder.
