New Deal for Square training. Without giving up its vocational training broker business and related services provider, the company offers a few weeks to its customers new software, or TMS Training Management Solution. “This is a program we developed originally for our own needs and enriched with new features since the establishment of the company in 2006″ , says Jérôme Lesage, CEO and Place founder of Training.

The firm, which employs 47 employees in Issy-les-Moulineaux (Hauts-de-Seine), now carries 17 million euros turnover with this tool. She takes care of identifying best training, buys wholesale and sells them at retail customers. It also offers them to ensure any monitoring: convocations, training agreements, reporting, paperless records, driving training policy, tax returns …

For Square training, it is to assist companies with more than 300 employees submitted since January to a new legislative framework for training. “They have one year to adapt, move from a tax liability to the formation of social dialogue and maintaining the employee in the job by training, in short a social obligation” , sums the leader.

Different TMS software modules were designed to discharge the HRD all administrative tasks related to training and enable them to buy directly on a shared platform. “The savings they can achieve in this way allow them to explain to their DAF they actually participate in the company costs reduction policy” , says Jérôme Lesage.

No question as to substitute for its customer management software. Place of Training has developed “bridges” that allow to connect its programs. Eventually, the software business could represent the bulk of the revenue of the company, but Place of Training wants to keep one foot in the broker business. The experience he derives “feeds” its software.
