The French publisher of software Graintec has raised 2.5 million euros from Isatis Capital (€ 240 million in assets under management). The company based in Bièvres, in Yvelines, specializes in developing solutions “BIM” ( building information modeling , note), that is to say, to design digital 3D models. More than 40,000 building professionals in fifty countries use its solutions (figures GRAITEC).

We are now platinum resellers in Europe and our technological developments complement the partnership. We envision a turnover of more than EUR 60 million in 2015. Acquisitions
With this new round, GRAITEC intends to strengthen its market share particularly through acquisitions. She also announced the acquisition of Microcad (UK), Autodesk reseller; ERA3 (Italy), software for computer-aided manufacturing and rationalization of the production plant; Robobat Polska (Poland), a partner of Autodesk, and HPC (France), thermal simulation software.
Founded in 1986 by Francis Guillemard, the French subsidiary, which is based headquarters, published € 7.4 million of revenue in fiscal 2013 as filed. With operations in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, the company boasts 330 employees worldwide (as of GRAITEC)
