Brussels: the future commissioner defends free software – Les Echos

At his hearing before the European Parliament , Estonian Andrus Ansip, who should be appointed as the “digital single market”, defended the free software. “The European Commission should promote the use of open source. This will create jobs in Europe, “ he said.
