Management of Information System Community
 data services and software
 In the direction the data service and software of the Community Information System whose missions are:
 • Make available services and directions of software tailored to their needs. Support project implementation and evolution of business software, support and user training.
 • Lead and develop a geographical and statistical data observatory, making it available for community projects and municipalities. Assist elected officials and community services, and communal, in the manner of exploitation of these data, particularly in map form and through the GIS Community.
 • Make data service and a software component of the overall information system of Atlantic Cape intended to meet the needs of the area.

You are attached (e) reports to the Head of Data and Software for service and will Missions:
 Assistance with project ownership:
 Participate in the development of a strategy with business directions.
 Conduct opportunity studies and impacts.
 Formalize the needs and business processes, participate in the drafting of the specifications with the business references.

Control and conduct of IT projects:
 Participate in the steering committees.
 Manage project risk.
 Develop the timetable, the planning and monitoring expenses.
 Evaluate technical solutions.
 Writing technical parts procurement.
 Lead and participate in project monitoring meetings.
 Supervise exchanges between IT teams and vendors: respect of schedule, on budget, quality control of “productions”.
 Coordinate achievements validations and recipes.
 Provide advisory and assistance for the sector and functional area where you come in.
 Monitoring technology.
 Prepare for deployment and support actions for change.
 Oversee the management contracts for the acquisition and support (maintenance).

design and integration of applications
 Implement solutions, organize the reception pilot into production.

Operational maintenance applications:
 Monitor the level 3. Support
 Ensure the evolutionary maintenance and change management

The skills and qualities necessary:
 minimum BAC +3 formation with significant experience in a similar position
 Definition of functional specifications based on the needs of expressions.
 Knowledge of the life cycles of a process of testing and quality criteria standards.
 Knowledge of project methodology and tools needed to develop action plans.
 Management knowledge of information security.
 Architecture and functionality of SI.
 Rules and legal aspects of SI.
 Experience and / or project management training.
 Capacity for teamwork and interpersonal skills.
