The early childhood youth sector of the community of common Heart of Biscay, under the aegis of the Youth Coordinator Geraldine Cuilhé childhood, brought together the five community recreation centers Common Heart of Biscay (GCCC) Child and Youth Service. This meeting was to install the remote management software with Casimir, financed by CAF. It manages the recreation centers at the billing and the presence of children on Clae and ALSH. Alain Caillau, the designer of the software, came to meet all center directors and animators. Each of them received a “shower” for beeping the presence of each child, which was previously recorded manually. All their data will be made on the “shower” which they deliver to the community of municipalities and which will be transmitted in the software of the community of communes; in fact, better monitoring and a great step forward. ” The leisure center Jégun, Pifoumi, had already started and is followed by four other leisure centers. Cuilhé Geraldine says: “The other centers have to adapt, knowing that each center has various problems, such as one or two sites. Our role is to help them in their new approach. ” Alain Caillau has explained the operation of the famous “shower” or key: “Every child’s arrival, you must beep on the barcode sheet. If you make a mistake, you can erase with the second button eraser. ” He insisted that the elements must be entered at the time and day of arrival of the children. ” Questions recycled again and again, but Alain Caillau concluded by reassuring: “You can reach me by email and I can get straight into your key and repair your mistakes”
