IT expenditure will grow in 2015-2016, but only a small part will be dedicated to the development of innovative projects; essentially serve to operational maintenance of existing solutions.
These estimates are from Forrester Research. The American firm is more optimistic than last year and notes that the strongest investment will be in the software, albeit with increased demands of ROI.

By combining IT and communications equipment, software, consulting and IT outsourcing, growth should be even greater in 2016 (+ 6.3% to 2,483 billion).
In territorial terms, the largest increases will be to make the US assets, China, India and the United Kingdom. The software industry is expected to be the big winner, with investments up 9.6% between 2015 and 2016, to 677 billion. A double-digit growth is expected for mobile applications as for SaaS: Forrester Research expects budget surveys more than 20% by 2016 ($ 106 billion)
As. notes Silicon.fr , the software publishing market will likely be driven by technology in contact with end consumers and marketing. The big data boom should also play a leading role in inflating sales of database management systems. Coming out of a recession, growth will likely be lower on the hardware part: + 5% to $ 412 billion, including the telecom equipment
