In 2017, the Ministry of Defence should finally have a new performance pay system for its approximately 180,000 soldiers.
Named Balance Source , this new tool is to replace the calamitous Louvois software launched in 2011 and officially arrested last year by the Minister of Defence, Jean-Yves Le Drian, after cost taxpayers over 400 million euros in vain and have attracted the wrath of the Court of Auditors.
