I studied software on the market.. heliast stopped, and I found out Kleos
Kleos s’ obvious to me very quickly for two main reasons:
Its very good price / quality: Unlike other software on the market Kleos requires no significant IT investment (no server to buy, for example)
The ability to work from anywhere I can work from home very easily carry my files

I have also enjoyed the commercial approach, which has advised me very well, did not force the sale, has given me time to reflect.
Then the software was installed in 2013 . and implemented very easily
It is simple to learn, distance learning very well done and easy; I also regularly form via the website, through distance learning free, easy to implement.

I used almost all the features of Kleos, I find them practical, simple, and they me do save time:

• Notepad
• Key “forward” that allows me to transfer a file to my assistant for review before printing eg
• The recall tasks that allows me early in the day to plan all my reminders, invoices including; it also allows me between two folders, to other management tasks
• Accounting: even if I do not charge for the time spent but the package, the “feature time spent “allows me to check the profitability of my files; issue invoices is also very simple
• Attach documents Kleos to an email sent from Outlook: This is a feature I use all the time and that saves me a huge time
• The link to the VAR is very simple and works well …

I have not looked at all the new features of the new version 4.0 but I will take my next vacation to discover them.
I really appreciate the demands of users are taken into account and that the software is constantly evolving; well, I mentioned the desire to change the dies to form a new library of acts, and a priori it’s done! I will watch closely.

In conclusion, I could not do without software management, and in particular … Kleos
